Received a vm today stating it was officer Heather Gray from IRS and it was urgent I return the call today not to ignore to disregard cause if I did further legal action would be taken.

my phone didn't ring but vm icon showed. message left, robo call, from the IRS, stating I better return call or irs will take further action. if need be I can contact my lawyer to call the irs. don't ignore this call or you will regret your choice

Call stating they were from US TREASURY and ignoring the call would imply guilt which would place us before a magistrate judge or grand jury.

They called twice. The first call was so garbled that I couldn't understand most of what they were saying, so I hung up on them. The second call, while I was napping, went to voicemail. They left me a message that I still could not understand most off. Something about legal action of some sort. I believe this is a SCAM!

Same for us - regarding a judgement and magistrate court failure to appear. Did anyone call the number back and see what it is all about, or is it a scam. I had a call last week that I had won 8 million dollars if I sent them 1000 as a deposit on taxes. Yeah, right!

Yet you can hear very clearly that they are threatening to get money from you in order to 'avoid legal action.'
I owe no money, have no debt, total SCAM.
