On 09/28/2016 number 512-994-3438 called my home stating to my spouse I flew-in a high priced escort for sex from Salt Lake City and flew the escort back to SLC the same afternoon. 10/03/2016 512-994-3438 called my home six times.

Same here, apparent treasury lawsuit threat. "Kevin Mason" actually left a message on our answering machine. It sounded threatening enough that I was actually disconcerted for a minute until I started looking up the number.

There are repeated calls from this number which I allow to go to voicemail because I suspect to be from a telemarketer. The caller (sounds like a robot) leaves a message purporting to be calling from the IRS and advises that the IRS is going to file a lawsuit against the homeowner thus trying to scare one into calling them....

Received a robocall message on my cell phone stating it was the IRS and they were getting ready to file a lawsuit against me. I called the number back and a lady answered on the first ring with a very heavy foreign accent that I could barely understand. I just hung up!! I've called the IRS before and NEVER got an answer on the first ring!!!

robo call leaving message that they were the IRS so I called back. The man stated his name was officer Mike Wilson. He gave me a case number and details about stating I had filed my taxes wrong and owe 11k+. said that they tried three times to deliver mail and that was the reason for the phone call. I am currently on hold with the IRS now to check into this matter.

I called the number on my caller ID after getting the robot VM saying this was "my last warning" from the IRS until they take legal action against me. Mr. "Jack" (from the middle east) answered, and when I asked for his IRS ID number he refused to give it to me, he asked me my name (I gave him a fake one also) he told me that wasn't my real name, and I said they weren't really the IRS, so he proceeded to tell me the COPS were coming to my house!!!! wow, some balls....

I'll give it to them... they have a recorded message, and unlike others, they actually ask you to call them back and give you a "reference" number. But like most scammers... it's NOT the IRS..... They ask you to call another number back and give them a code, well, I called the number above and got a gentleman with a middle-eastern accent named "Joe Smith" who didn't answer Per the IRS and didn't give me his IRS identification number (no surprise there). I don't have time to waste arguing with these people, so just hung up. How annoying
