Repeated calls within a certain time frame (which leads me to believe its NOT a domestic number but its being piggy-backed from somewhere else. Also, constant calls and NO voice mail left. In the world of logic and reason, if you call someone? and you REALLY WANT TO HEAR FROM THEM? You immediately leave a voice mail, you don't call 3, 4, 6, times per day between 3PM and 7PM. So?...I hereby proclaim this number as a spam / fake call.
I also live by a certain "code" I give a party 3 (three) chances to call and leave me a voicemail. If after the third call there's no voice mail left? I place the number on the "Blocked" list and I never have to hear from them again. (By blocked? I'm not talking about some "Do-Not-Call" list, I mean I literally have a list of numbers on my phone that will FOREVER be blocked. Sometimes you just have to take matters into your own hands, and trying to get some telemarketing company, or worse still the U.S. government to keep your data safe or to prevent being interrupted multiple times a day is almost futile.
