Very friendly person named Nick called about car rates, etc. Told me info that was very appealing. I did get caught up in the moment, but then started doing some checking around to learn more about the legitimacy of this person, plus the company he's supposedly representing.
The info I'm coming across is sketchy, so it gives me reason to believe there's a scam of some sort going on as the end game is to achieve sensitive information they could use as a means to achieve identity theft and wreak havoc on your name and credit.
