Someone phoned my number and said it was CBSA and that there was a parcel with illegal content in my name. They also said there was an arrest warrant in my name and was instructed to push a number to connect, which I didn't do.

Kijiji scam.
Text says "I'm ok with the price, I will also add extra $50 with it for you to hold the sale for me and the payment will be bank draft"
The person doesn't ask where to pick up the goods and send the payment.

Same for me, from Kijiji.ca soon after my new listing, i have seen hustle scams, this is suspicious as it was a text message from a landline with an email address, similar pattern from others, and search on google, auto links to kijiji.ca scam messages,

THIS IS A SCAM. They purport themselves to be from Revenue Canada and that you are to be arrested for tax evasion. You can void the arrest warrant if you pay them, on the sport by CC amounts ranging from 2500$ to 5000$.
Revenue Canada DOES NOT carry out collections over the phone and the DONOT make threats.
These scum are known to REV CAN and are listed on the REV CAN web site: all their known names, designations, badge #s and phone #s

Hi, my name is Spring. I met a guy called Jim on Okcupid. He gave me his phone and email. I emailed to him back and forth, he asked many my information( like favorate color, how many relationships I had). I called back, he was a guy spoken terrible English. I worried he would use my information to lie to other guys. My suggestion is to ask for about 20 pictures of the woman, or face time to see whether you are talking to a real woman. I won't take any legal responsibilities of it! Good luck!
