I'm a former member of sunshine housing cooperative who moved out 3 years ago, I was a witness to a harassment by the board members at the time against a family & their kids by the sunshine board of directories, since I heard you along with City of surrey will be in charge of the new place you should have a knowledge of what kind of people will be living at your new building.
