Yes they asked for my post code and age range and then I gave them the first 3 parts of my postal code and they told me im not in the area they need. Very odd

Call every days on the afternoon. When you answer no one speak, no message, no sound. If you hold the line on it close by itself after a minute. No apparent reason for the call except maybe stupidity. Any way that piss me off. No rules for nothing with the telephone co.

Uses "NONE" in CLID Calling Line ID. One should always ignore calls from telemarketers esp if they refuse to have a legitimate CLID.

It was a recorded message very very garbled not clear, I am not sure if it was about a summons and a phone number was being quoted but the voice was too disjointed I couldn't make anything out, anyway I believe it is spam

I got a voice recording message from this number and saying that " This is an officer Brad from Criminal investigation department of CRA Canada Revenue Agency, you have to contact me immediately at 613 366 6839 regarding tax fraud and don't disregard this message. You need to return the call and if you didn't return this call it will cause a legal consequences and a legal court.

FedEx Express was called from this number pretending to be me. A FedEx driver showed that at my house to pick up a package. I told the driver I did not requested to pick up a package. He told me that the information he had was My name, my address and that he was suppose to pick up a package. I asked if he has the information about the person requesting the pick up. He told that he did not have a name but he had a phone number 613-366-3095. He proceeded to call that number but there was no answer. I have been trying to call that number myself but without any luck.

My message from this number stated that a lawsuit had been filed against me and I had to call them back because this would be the only notification I would receive. It's total BS as any lawsuit requires the respondent be served with written paperwork.

Received 3 such messages two weeks ago. First one stated that the CRA has a case against my name and to get a lawyer and call back as soon as possible. Second one was that if I don't call back with my lawyers name the CRA would start proceedings against me. Third one said that proceedings have been started and to call with lawyers name. These were all on my answering machine. Fourth one which I just got wanted to know my lawyers name. I asked why and he said that I owed money and proceedings were started to get money back. By this time I am ticked off to put if politely and I told them that this was a scam, that I owed no one money and that I called the CRA and reported this scam. So please do not call me again.

Friend though it was governmetn today. i suspected phishing operation using the company name and number to cover their act somehow. NUMBER ONE unless you are a bad guy and even if you are not, the canadaian tax person is nice and polite. They are always on your side trying honestly to be a pal and save you money. They are not the IRS or TV. They are your nice neighbors in all the encounters I have had. Or maybe I just expect them to be decent and get lucky every time. The recording was mean and dark church sounding to her. That is not a Canadian government tone to take with the people. Canadians will politely crush your nuts to your forehead if you take that tone with us.
