I also received several calls from 657-201-2595 yesterday, 10/5/17 but they did not mention the IRS. It was an automated recording, stating I would be arrest within 24 hours by the local "cops" with several other uses of poor grammar.

Called my cell phone, same message as others here. Obvious scam. Number blocked.

All of what happened to everyone else happened to me. Threatened to have the "cops" come arrest me within 30 minutes. Then when I offered to turn myself in they talked me out of it. Didn't specify where I would be arrested. Didn't know anything about me or have any personal information about me. Finally I hung up but not after wasting an hour with them. I also reported it to the IRS here (https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml)

They claim to be the IRS is suing me and that I would be arrested within 24 hours if I did not call back.

It was a recorded message that said the cops are going to come get me because of 4 cases against me and I need to call right away to take care of this.

They play an automated message that is supposed to be from the IRS that is slightly different than the ones described above. The recording sounds a lot like another IRS scam from New York.
