Text - for low cost health insurance. The web site they want you to go to is a bit.ly link. "Bitly shortens 600 million links per month, for use in social networking, SMS, and email. Bitly makes money by charging for access to aggregate data created as a result of many people using the shortened URLs." (Wikipedia)
In other words it's Spam. They're probably phishing.

Sounds like a scam phishing for information claiming to be apart of the IRS.. Got 1 call from 701-659-1543 and about 3hrs before that got one from 712-208-0901 saying the same thing..

Same as the other folks - claimed I was being sued by the IRS, and I reported the call to the FTC on their website.
Oddly, this was the SECOND call I got today, with a nearly identical message, first one came from Iowa 712-208-0901

Agree with previous comment. They left several voicemail messages and when I called back, they asked for the number where the message had been left and my name, said he was going to look up my file to see why the IRS wants to sue me, and then pretended the guy pretended he couldn't hear me anymore and disconnected.

It is a scam phishing for information claiming to be apart of the IRS and ask you for your information. Do not fall for it.
