My husband has received a few calls from this number and this Tony. He told me his name was Tony Kelley. Same stuff as the above says. He wouldn't tell me what he was calling "about" other than a loan application because of privacy issues he said. Had to talk to my husband. I don't know if he's legit or not. He told me to contact Bank Of America and they would verify but I can't seem to talk to anyone at BOA because we don't use BOA. My husband hasn't taken out a new loan application so we wonder if he's doing the scamming or what?

Sounds like a scam. Some guy calling himself "Tony" from Bank of America calling for a William Stanton and Linda Kreisler and left number 1-800-991-1770 with what appears to be a fake loan number 47971952. I will report to Bank of America and FBI

this message was on my phone saying something about a pretrail something phone number 702-207-2866. i don't know nor care who this man is, just going to do everything i can to shut them down
