I just received a call from this phone number. Robot voicemail was left saying "This is an urgent Matter, please call us at 702-690-5300"
I called them back and a lady with an Indian accent answered "IRS can I help you?" I told her that I received a call from this number and she asked me to verify my first name, last name, and address. I cut her off and told her that this was shady and a scam and not call my number ever again.
First off, the IRS would not respond that fast. If you have ever had to deal with the IRS you would go through an automated system and they would usually give you a wait time of 40 minutes to hours of waiting on hold for the next available rep to assist you and the IRS would not be a local 702 number, it would be an 800 number. I'm not stupid. This is sad that people pray on others to take information and scam them.

Robo voice left a message "of an urgent matter". I called back 4 times, from a different phone. Twice, it answered to a very loud group of people talking, no one said "hello", then the call ended. Next, the call answered and they didn't say "hello" but they were not speaking any language I recognized (maybe Arabic?). Fourth time, person answered, with accent "Hello IRS, can I help you?" Yeah, right. That's the way a call with the IRS would go. Plus, the incoming message didn't say my name. It's a scam.
