Allstate agent calling customers back or follow-up call

They keep calling even though I tell them to lose my number. And when I ask what it pertains to, their reply "it's a personal business matter". Which until they give more information, they will not know to whom they are speaking with. I also get calls from 713-277-7951, which is the same thing.
