I receive multiple calls daily from this number and several other numbers all with a voice message wanting to provide me with information regarding my student loans. I stayed on the line to inform them that I was at work and did not wish to receive further phone calls. I spoke with a representative explaining that I had already received five phone calls before noon today and did not wish to receive any more- I was hung up on by representative.
