Robo caller claimed they had a claim against me and it was in my best interest to call back with file number

The person that called me knew my name and that my resume was posted on a job search site. He asked if I was still looking for a new position and launched into a job description that sounded legit. I interrupted to ask the exact location because I won't commute more than a certain number of miles, and he confirmed that the job was located outside the distance I wanted to commute, so we ended the conversation.

Same thing with me, message saying I was being sued by the IRS. When I called back and asked for a case number or supervisor, operator was extremely rude and told me they would see me in court.
I have not received any written notification from the IRS, this has got to be a scam.
