Receievd a call from this number,recording stated error in My previous years tax filings.Called back a man with Indian accent sated his name was James Anderson said it was IRS,wanted My social security number and date of birth and my full name,told him You should have that if You were IRS and hung up-Scam !!!

Claimed it was the IRS but they don't call using a system such as the one they are using. I know, my wife works for the IRS!

Called wanting our social security number! Accent was from India. Stated he was with the IRS and there was an error in our taxes.

Same thing happened to me just now! It sounded like a recording saying the internal revenue services found errors with my taxes and to call them back to learn more. I received a second call right after and they couldn't tell me my name or info. Hung up.

They did the same to me today definetly a scam. I called them back with the irs hotline number on the other line they immediately hanged up. It's time to troll them now they messed with the wrong person

Same with the other comment, I received a call from this number with the exact same message. Disregard and don't give them any information.

Keeps saying they are from the internal revenue services and that they have found errors with taxes which I don't have issues with my taxes. The IRS would send a letter to inform you of any issues.
