Same here. Very persistent and in conflict with Federal Fair Debt Collection procedures which PROHIBIT requests for SS #s etc. Also appears to use multiple 'phone numbers from area codes 803 and 843. Most likely a scam caller or from a disreputable collections outfit. Simple response to such calls being "Don't call again" and HANG UP"!

Keeps calling and hanging up. When try to call back the number it is dead.

received a call from the above number, in brief, stating he wants to buy my dog and if I don't sell it, he will steal it from me cuz he knows I walk it without a leash. He had an Arab accent. Tried to call # back and it just gives busy signal. Just odd he new those details?

Received call from this number the last two Fridays in the afternoon. Did not answer and message was not left. Blocked number the first time because they did not leave a message.

This number will call you everyday multiple times and all hours it will put you on hold until someone picks up trying to sale you insurance. It is a nuisance and very annoying I am trying to get them blocked from calling me

A person using this number is always calling me and I was asked for my social security number and address. Very persistent. He said he is collecting for AT & T .

Called back and recording said that I was now being connected and call would be recorded for training purposes. Filipino sounding voice said "Hello" and seemed like multiple lines were connected at once.

Don't know anyone in Blacksville, SC so I didn't answer. I tried to call back but the number will not connect and it will not work, I can not find out who owns this phone number. From what I can find on the internet, it seems like this number is hinky and probably a political call or a robo telemarketing.
