Operator calls claiming to be the processor/overseer of our credit card processing company, AKA "the back end processor." Says they aren't trying to sell you anything. Ask you to send them credit card statements. A supervisor then calls and tries to sell you on a new credit card processing company. If you don't send the credit card statements, they harass you until you send them stuff. Called again 6 months later and did the same thing, except I didn't send the statements this time.
