So about 2 weeks ago I got the same call from this lady named Michelle direttto and she said i took out a loan about 5 years ago and she said that I had to pay over 1907 or that the lawyer will work with me if I can pay 600 in 2 months... she said there will be summonses coming to my house if I don't pay I'm really scared on what excally I need to do any advice on what I should do...

Michelle Dellatetto called from this number, and I called it back right away, she answered. Also 301-329-0689 rings back to Michelle. She called me today about 1907 dollars that I owed to Cashnet. After some brief checking, Wells Fargo never had an account for me nor did Cashnet. It is a scam.

This woman Michelle called my husband at 0400 am and stated that we owed KAY's over 600$ and that he would be summoned to court if we did not pay. We called KAY's and found out that we had indeed gone into collections. We called their collection agency and found out that we had indeed paid in full. DO NOT PAY THIS PERSON. Contact the creditor.

Called my husband and stated that he was in debt with Kay's and that if he didn't pay the amount by Thursday and set up a payment plan they would issue some type of legal paperwork to our house and then we would owe over $900! Called Kay's and they said there was a collection at some point with them but it was paid in full 6 years ago! So this was in fact a scam.

"Michelle" told me that my husband took out a loan with a payday group and that I needed to take care of this by the 15th (4days) or they would be serving us with a warrant.

Had a call saying My husband has a Visa card balance of $800 that they would settle today for $398.50 ..they gave a crazy address for the card. Said they would serve papers and take him to court. Never heard of the address nor have we had a Visa card with the last 4 numbers they gave.
