An unwanted call from this Agoura VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public.
This predator has been unmasked, originally as an IRS scam (in 2016) then later as a charity scam (in 2018). AVOID THESE SHYSTERS!

A voicemail message was left saying I have a lawsuit investigation one from the Department of Treasury. I called the number and they were speaking Spanish and after I said Hello 3 or 4 times they hung up.

Recorded voice " ...-suit filed against you" ; msg says to call the number. Same cut-off msg came in from Albany, NY number just a few mins earlier.

They say they are the IRS and let you pay your nonexistent bill with gift cards... I used the money I won from the Nigerian lottery to pay off this IRS debt. I guess everything worked out in the end.

SCAM number, they say they are calling from the IRS, but as you should know the IRS doesn't call they send mail ONLY. It says on their webpage. They continue to call our business number trying to get names

Was called from this number, gave the name of Jack Tobur. Claimed he was from Dept of legal affairs and I was involved with a litigation with law enforcement.
