Received a recorded call saying from the IRS have been trying to reach us. Filing a lawsuit and identified the call as from the IRS. Left a call back number 1-818-641-8797. We have reported this call and number to IRS.

recorded message stating that this was my final notice from the IRS. If I didn't call them at that same number, the IRS would file a lawsuit against me. No case number, no contact person... I have a clean IRS record - so this is spam - especially with it being a wireless number

Yes computer voice message from IRS claiming to have a lawsuit filed against me and this was my final warning, and to call them back, however the caller ID says Allstate Insurance Co
