So apparently the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and called from a cell phone.....well played!

I got the same call at 9:03am CST. The IRS only communicates through the mail - I know, I'm a fraud victim. I would not respond to this call.

I just received the same call. I filed a complaint with the FTC and also put my number on a do not call list.

Recorded message claiming they were the irs and that they were planning to sue me.
