I receive 2 calls a day--I don't answer--no one speaks but they don't disconnect either. This has been occurring for at least 3 months.

Number keeps calling my cell phone and hangs up either when i answer or before I answer so i have blocked the number.

This number called my cell phone twice today and I finally called back. Someone who could barely speak English said it was in response to me calling for information about solar. I told them to remove me from their list as I was on do not call list. They hung up.

Guy claims to know me and said I signed up for a solar assessment. Then tried to make me feel like I wasted his time and was lying.

They know who I was and said I signed up for a solar energy evaluation, which I never have. Very annoying passive aggressive sales tactics, argued with me about removing my name and number from their call list
