Text message saying I had a B.C Hydro refund. Wanted to banking info to make deposit. Called Hydro and there was no such credit. Filed incident with Canadian Anti-fraud agency.

Much like the other 867-888-**** numbers, they tried tricking me and stealing my vehicle I had posted on kijiji through paypal.

This is a spammer. I have an item listed locally for sale on a web site. They texted offering full price site unseen, through pay pal, and they would have a company pick up the vehicle. I live 2,000 km away.

a person identifying themselves as Teyana Williams sent a text wanting to buy an item that I have advertized on KiJiJi for the asking price but is asking for all my personal Paypal information to complete the sale. The tel number being Registered in Inuvik ? This is a truck and 5fth wheel trailer not somethiing that can be sent in the mail!!
I am suspicious of the response.
