Called my google voice number which forwards to my home wired phone & ce phone - nobody has that number except family & friends. They hung up when I answered. I don't know anyone in that area.

I too had some woman named Mackenzie Phillis, telling me that I need to get an attorney. That I'm being sued for a payday loan and if I didn't make some kind of arrangements to take care of it that they was going to take me to court and also put a lien on my vehicles

I have the same issue! Lady named Mackenzie Phillips is contacting me saying I need to get an attorney because I am being sued! Said I owed some money on a payday loan and I have never taken one out! This has got to be a scam. How can we report this?!

This person stated their name as Mackenzie Phillips, left a msg on a doctor's office voice mail, asked for a call back from the doctor or the patient about a serious legal matter but was unable to pronounce the Dr's name, which is a very common last name. I returned the phone call and left a msg. Have not heard back from this person.

Repeated calls, no voice maill message, unknown company to us, will report to attorney if does not stop.
