Yes someone from this number just sent my elderly father a text saying that his daughter owes them $2000 and if he didnât pay they were going to come to her home and kill her. Stupid people

10;12 a.. 05-16-2017 They wanted money for a supposed debt. the dis not ask for me by name or explain anything. they simply told me to dial -0- to speak with an operative. a male with a foreign accent answered and was very abusive and would not name the company he worked for !!! Conversation was then concluded.

Same basic experience as the other person that commented right before me. Except my husband verified his SSN. Sooooo. We'll see how that comes back to bite us in the butt...

Called to tell me that someone had filed a complaint against me and wanted me to verify that the last four digits of my SSN was XXXX. It was but I said no, I wasn't going to verify that. They said that they would process the information and I would be hearing from them regarding the complaint. I said that I've gotten calls like this before and what was the complaint? Without being willing to verify my SSN they were not allowed to share any information. I told them that I'd heard about these calls being a scam and she said she would process the information and I would find out how real it really was. Okay, you have yourself a fine day, I said and she hung up. I guess I'll be finding out one way or another.

Call was automated stating that they were hired to serve notice of COMPLAINT AGAINST [my name]. Please press any key to continue. After pressing any key to continue I was told all representatives were busy and to leave a message. I waited to leave a message and it disconnected my immediately after the beep. I have NO idea why someone in GA would be serving a complaint against me in AZ.
