Caller has *EXTENSIVE* history of serial harassment calls to multiple numbers. Calls and claims name is Raymond Usher. Calls repeatedly and asks for lewd or extremely obscene sexual favors.
Texts repeatedly asking for obscene and lewd sexual favors and offers money to pay for it.
When confronted with questions he begins threatening physical violence. Possible name Howard DaCosta, Possible address : Elm Street, Mt. Vernon NY
