A guy calls many times looking for someone I know casually . I told him to quit calling . He's says he is subpena or warent . Says he knows everthing who I am . Very rude very obnoxious and scary. Supposedly know my car license and birthday . Rude he finally hung up when I wouldn't talk . Told him to not call us .

Identified herself as working for 'subpoena and warrants division' for some California AG or court. Problem being: the number identifies as being a land line from a part of Sacramento County where there are plenty of meth labs, but no official state or county (other than welfare, perhaps) offices located. Weird Scam.

Calls wanting to meet so he can serve me papers for court in 8 days. However check court and no lawsuit. SCAM!!!!!
