This number is being used by a scam called 2020 Federal Grant Program. It lures people in with a promise of a non-repayable, non-taxable Federal Grant of up to $250,000. After taking a potential applicant through a brief application process, the applicant is told that they are one of the last few lucky winners of a grant. Then asking for more information, an ask for an upfront fee is made. The fee ranges from $1,000 to $10,000 depending on the grant amount requested.

JUST GOT A CALL FROM A BLACK WOMAN WHO SOUNDED YOUNG THAT SHE WAS CALLING TO "UPDATE MY BUSINESS FOR THE 'American Chamber of Congress'. I asked her to repeat that and she did but on the 3rd repeat she hung up on me.
