Got similar Robo-call with a female voice, but did mention name or any other details. Did threaten Federal jail sentence for failing to respond to a summons for a Federal Claims Court appearance.

This is an IRS impersonation call. I did not answer , but a message left. The robo caller (female voice) tells you that she is an IRS agent and provides a IRS badge number. That is impersonation of an IRS agent people, conviction of which can get you a big time sentence in the FEDERAL PEN. The robo voice does not ask for ask for or ever mention a specific name for a person that they are supposedly trying to contact. The message says (to paraphrase and get to the point) that tax fraud actions have been filed against you so call this number now (919) 728-0023 to prevent your arrest and conviction for tax fraud. If you get a call like this, HANG UP. Do not give them any information whatsoever! The genuine IRS does not do business in this manner. In addition, take time to report fraud to The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration. Here: https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
