I did not return the call...but thank you and sorry for the caller that did. We just bought our first home and don't need any stress of having to deal with a sales pitch!! No one would of had time to send a package to us at our new address. Also if so, why wasn't it delivered by legit means. Sounds like a scam to me.

Just purchased a home Sep 2018. Received the same pink card, with no legitimate return address. Thank you to previous poster for alerting public to this marketing ploy. Truly sorry to hear what they went through but sincerely grateful that poster outlined and identified the snake oil pitch!

We got a pink card in our mailbox at our new home. It said we had a package on hold. When I called, they said they were the welcoming committee and had a gift for our new home to say welcome. That is a lie. It is a hard sell water softener sales pitch. The hard sell agent took our kitchen faucet apart for his demo, and after he left (we tossed him out, along with his cheap steak knives) he did not put the faucet back together, and he must have taken the parts with him. This system is over $7500.00 and that price is only good while he is in the house....NO. This is a scam, do not call them, you will not get rid of them. Say NO do not come to our house, then hang up and block the number.
