I have received automated messages from this number claiming that the IRS is about to sue me. They have left the same message on my answering machine. I have received at least 20 of these calls. They are annoying. ATT needs to shut them down!

This is a scam!! It's an automated voice claiming to be the IRS saying they are filing a lawsuit against you. DO NOT call them back!
