This number called, left a voice message in a voice that sounded like Siri, stating that the IRS is filing a law suite against me. When I called the number back, got a message saying the number is not in service.

Same IRS thing. Notice that the actual IRS would actually leave a message from a person, and the grammar would probably be perfect. The person leaving the message is a moron.
