A robotic call telling me that they were the IRS and that they were suing me, oh yea...and that this was my last warning. LOL

My husband just received a call from this number. Same story as the rest, they said they were from the IRS and they had tried to contact him three times and now they were taking action. Ours was a voicemail and it makes you panic for a minute until you think about it and realize it's a scam.

Same IRS story, saying that they are filing the lawsuit against me and this is their last notice. Asking to call back for more information.

They said it was the IRS and sent me 2 letters in the mail and they were sent back.They said they were sent in January this year.They couldnt tell me the adress they were sent to and I have a warrant will be issued in 45 min. after this call ended.They also asked for a social security number.I said if you are the IRS you would know my adress and social security number because it would be right in front of you.They hung up after he put me on hold to find my address from a superior...Funnny s**t......arent these eastern indians finding out that even if I did owe taxes,which I paid this year,we sure as hell wouldnt be getting warrants issued for our arrest for being White Trailer Trash....

Recorded message saying IRS is filing charges and to call the number back to get details on the case but doesn't give a case number as a reference, nor do I owe any back taxes.

Said it was for IRS Collections which seems very odd that IRS would not send a certified letter or have a real person call.
