They keep calling all day long please remove this number

The message left on my machine said that they were calling from the "Department of Social Security Administration." The message said: "A legal enforcement action has been filed on your social security number, so when you get this message, kindly call us back at 972-954-5566" I was not able to catch the rest, but it implied that if I call back right away, I can prevent this action from being filed
