Received the call for them looking for Montez Whaley and that "I" was going to be served, blah blah blah. Call this number 270-216-4301 to resolve this matter. I called and explained that they had the wrong number. Was told it would take 48 hours to remove my number. I asked how they had gotten my number and they hung up on me. This was the third call so I'm hoping it stops but definitely spam and sucky people.

A message saying that I'm being investigated for something unspecified, and that I'll forfeit my rights if I don't return the call, and charges will be filed in my county. She had absolutely no details about me, and provided none about said "matters". Total scam! Don't answer this number!

This number called me with partially correct name insisting that I was being investigated for something and to call another number to speak to the plaintiff and if I don't respond I lose all rights to dispute the complaint and investigation. And then it rambled off a series of numbers but never said what the numbers represent. Instead of calling the number it gave me to call I called the number back and it said I reached "Compliance Recovery Service" and then the phone rang until it went to the voicemail of some lady named Nicolette in the legal department. Little must they know as I am an attorney but have never heard of these people or company.

I keep getting calls from this number. It's an automated message that says the same thing each time. Something about numerous attempts to call about my complaint and they need my input and to call a different number.
I don't recognize the company and haven't registered any complaints that I am aware of!
Must be a scam.
