Caller said her name was Amy from National Disability and asked personal questions. When I told her I had to call my lawyer she hung up on me. Tried to call back and the number is disconnected.

second call from this number this week threatening me with a lawsuit from the IRS. They did the same thing last year demanding that I bring them money straight away. It was scary until I figured out the IRS never calls, they only send letters. Sure wish they could stop this ring, I can only imagine how many people they have scammed or they would not keep doing this.

yes it is definitely scam. lawsuit threat from the IRS. and it is a recorded msg.

I just got a missed call, they left a Voice mail ( automated) saying this is the IRS and to call back. I called to double check, the number doesn't even ring. Scam! I already received my income tax without a red flag. Besides, they would have mailed something.
