Claimed to be from Publisher's Clearing House. Either I'm rich and need to claim my prize (lol) or this was a scam. Never asked for money, probably more of an identity theft attempt, or maybe my suspicions derailed him from asking for money before ending the call.

Sometimes she/he says theyâre from Brazil, other times theyâre from Colombia, canât keep their story straight. Donât believe a word they say. Scammer, fake, phony.

Pretends a young girl, your daughter, is kidnapped. Then hispanic or Spanish speaking man gets on phone pretending he will do bad things to her unless you send money. A curse on their families for 1000 years.

I didn't answer it, but I suspect it is connected to a telemarketer or a spammer, and I suspect the latter because of the problems I have had this past year with spammers. I seem to be a target.
Message from (646)942-1405 says, " Your new stimulus has been returned 3 times. Track your stimulus here isomericupump.com/CmqUE8E." This seemed to be related to a company soliciting "honest" individuals to work from home performing some kind of payroll assistance, and stuffing and mailing envelops to clients. A training course is offered. Need to download "Advantage Payroll app" , (plus?) a WIX app, for "processing payment." ? Not clear. I checked to find out more about "Advantage Payroll SE" , but there was no mention of reviews and nothing from the BBB.
