Crystal called from 905-725-4826, a number in Oshawa, but left the number 1-833-305-2033 and an extension to call her back.
After combing the Canada Revenue Agency network list of contact numbers, I did find the number she gave and it related to the HST compliance department. I did speak with Crystal and she is very professional, helpful, and legitimately with Revenue Canada.
We must always be cautious, and unfortunately there are a lot of scams relating to the CRA, but this is not one of them.

Also check your own personal contact numbers in your CRA file, the reason Crystal had contacted me was because my number was the one given in our file, and somehow both my husband and I had completely forgotten this. (The business is in his name, but he is seldom home during CRA hours)
