I believe this was telephone fraud. The caller claimed he was calling for ATT to replace Direct TV equipment. This is believable because ATT is replacing old receivers. HOWEVER, a representative should NEVER ask for credit card information to schedule equipment replacement on an established account.

A man named Patrick Brendan Dolan is using this number and pretending it is his. His birthdate is 11/26/1954. He is 6' 4", white and has graying brown hair and green eyes. This man is dangerous, known to be violent and mentally unstable. He is using this number to vote and is hiding with this number. It is not his phone number.

203-439-5008 just called and didn't leave a message at 2:50pm July 13, 2018. The only thing that I've heard was heavy breathing from the voice message. Don't know the company because nothing was left, so I never answer any numbers that comes up that I do not know.
