Definitely a scam phone call. A Crystal Martin calls every week. I called the number back and it just says this is a billing service. What? With no company name? I finally got a live operator and asked what company she worked for and all she could say was "A billing company." Scam, scam, scam.

Crystal Martin is name for the robocalls made by Western Connecticut Health Network (Danbury Hospital) apparently to disguise them. The billing department wasn't aware that it has been labeled as spam.

By doing quick google search of phone #, this is billing dept of western Ct health network. There was a # for Danbury Hospital on the results of my search I called the main # and they confirmed that There is a Crystal Martin that does work in that dept. They need to change their message so that it identifies this # to be billing dept of Western CT Health Network, and when they call out, Crystal needs to identify herself other than by name.

Ive been getting the calls from Crystal Martin also. No reason for call left.

Same as above. Machine left a message for "our name" and asks that we call back. No reason given for the call. I'm on hold now, trying to find out what it's about. They have no hold music or ads, just a repeating message for me to leave them a message or hold for next rep.

called left message used my name and gave a name of person calling by looking up seems that name is used all the time--indicated some medical bill needed payment-not so phoned the only med office I use in ct just to back up that this call is as I though another flim flam call

I returned the phone call from "Crystal" it was concerning a medical bill from Danbury Hospital. Not a scam.

The message says we are sorry we missed, then a computer voice states yor name then back to Cyrstal Martin asking to return her call. No reason given

Left no message. When returned the call a 'fax machine' sound was received.
