Definitely a scam phone call. A Crystal Martin calls every week. I called the number back and it just says this is a billing service. What? With no company name? I finally got a live operator and asked what company she worked for and all she could say was "A billing company." Scam, scam, scam.

Crystal Martin is name for the robocalls made by Western Connecticut Health Network (Danbury Hospital) apparently to disguise them. The billing department wasn't aware that it has been labeled as spam.

By doing quick google search of phone #, this is billing dept of western Ct health network. There was a # for Danbury Hospital on the results of my search I called the main # and they confirmed that There is a Crystal Martin that does work in that dept. They need to change their message so that it identifies this # to be billing dept of Western CT Health Network, and when they call out, Crystal needs to identify herself other than by name.

Same as above. Machine left a message for "our name" and asks that we call back. No reason given for the call. I'm on hold now, trying to find out what it's about. They have no hold music or ads, just a repeating message for me to leave them a message or hold for next rep.
