this person, Sean, said he could see that we owe more than $10,000 in credit cards; is that correct? I told him he was definitely wrong on that. that we owe nothing. then he proceeded to ask if we had any personal loans. None of his business. I told him we owe no one or anything. he said thank you and hung up.

I gave my cell number to someone who wanted to buy a bike from me on Craigslist. They started texting me from 312-452-73308. I did not look at the number but once I did it looks wierd. They said they would come get the bike but never did.

Scam. Left voice mail saying I needed to get back to them to avoid "legal consequences", no identification of who they are, etc. Exact same message and same voice, left by a number from FL last week, and similar to one from GA just this morning.

Probably. I received call today. It was bloked by my HIYA call blocker.
I looked it up on reverse look-up ad it said pretty much what you said.
But a name,Rhonda Jackson is attached to this Saint Louis number.

this is a scammer. they called our company afterhours requesting payment for services rendered on a piece of our equipment. we soon realized it was a scam and there was nothing owed, no services rendered. this is the 2nd time this has happened. when we try to call the number back, it prompts as disconnected

They called first midmorning today, and for 50 seconds left a voicemail, but instead, it was breathing on the end of the line.
I kept it, in case I need to.
They called few other times today with no message, and this evening I blocked the number.
I have a Samsung phone so when I block a number, the calls go through to voicemail.

caller claimed to be from Lower Rates Dept of Credit card company and asked for credit card #. I said I was interested but my credit card companies said they have no such department. I need to know who he works for so I can confirm it's legit. Caller hung up.

Automated computer phone message said that I needed to call back ...
"so before moving forward with a lawsuit & legal allegation you need to call 314-497-5229" The beginning of the message, if any, was started before the recording started.
