Automated computer phone message said that I needed to call back ...
"so before moving forward with a lawsuit & legal allegation you need to call 314-497-5229" The beginning of the message, if any, was started before the recording started.

This intimidation is more than spam. I think the FCC should investigate these spammers for online terrorists activities, because these type threats are a form of terror.

Said they were from the IRS,Said if I did't call them back I would be sued and an arrest warrant would be issued in my name.

The caller left a message. The first part was cut off, but the message stated that there was a warrant out "under my name" with serious allegations. Interestingly, they did not say my name. As others have stated, definitely a scam!
