Called ID showed this to be Nitro, WV 1-681-217-3320. I want the calls from this number, and those to be connected to it, to be stopped. I signed up for the no-call list. Why isn't it being enforced? And the violators being force to stop?

681-207-1384: scammer number. ID'd as Shaun Miller, claims he's calling from a credit card company regarding Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. I responded saying that I don't have a credit card and he hung up, startled.

Someone with broken English asked for me, he knew my name; there was some background noise as in a call center. You may not want to answer this number.

this number is a text scam saying that i overpayed my cable company and they want to reimburse me through my interct card . im from montreal quebec in canada and my cable company is videotron ....... they DONT give back money EVER lol

A text message was sent to a friend of mine from this number with my name on it inviting them to a pornographic website "Securley Vivid"? with my photo attached from my Facebook account. Yuck!

I tried calling that number back, but all I got was a loud Busy signal. I researched the Internet, but couldn't find a physical address for them. Finally I came across one of many websites that mentioned them and found that THIS IS A 'FULLY-OWNED NIGERIAN COMPANY' and that they're truly dedicated to the customers they serve. Whoa. *We are supposed to settle a lawsuit with the IRS with a foreign country known to be the origin of half of the scams out there? They usually send out notices that you've just inherited $50 Million Dollars and they'll forward it to you if you'll send them a $2500 handling fee first. What a bunch of crap.

Just got the same spam call. I KNOW the IRS doesn't contact you by phone PERIOD. You can call them but NEVER the other way around!!!

Automated message. Seems there getting worse. I've talked to many people who are getting calls from many numbers 2-3 day. Getting out of control. With all the technology out there you would think the telephone companies could put a stop to some of this.

Obviously recorded woman's voice threatening about an IRS lawsuit. Total scam, the IRS sends out snail mail or shows up at your door or work place in person.

A woman's voice spoke my first name (only) and hurriedly said "I've been trying to reach you...." (my Caller ID shows no incoming call) ".......the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. You must call this number immediately." Then she repeated the number. *If this was actually the IRS, they'd be sending out a letter by Certified Mail and/or making a personal visit.
