got a call from the phone number. called it back. It said something like "Thank you for using andi or angie, please press five to be connected to your service provider" (that was a female voice recording)
Something does not sound right about this call.

An automated dialer called me using this phone # w/out stating who was calling. Its recording was threatening to pursue legal action against me if I disconnected. I disconnected knowing that it was fake and the phone # must belong to a person not associated w/this scam. Please disconnect when receiving calls like this one. There is no government organization that will contact persons by phone instead of by mail

An unprofessional lady with "the health dept" called and tried to tell me I came into contact with someone who has covid. I asked "Who?" and she "couldn't say". I asked "when?" and she wouldn't give me a date. I asked what she wants me to do about it and she said my quarantine period was over. Hmm thanks for telling me too little to late that I might have come in contact with someone with covid but by this point the quarantine period is over anyway???? Very frustrating, didn't seem legit but also weird enough that I felt I had to stay on the line b/c i've never talked to the Covid tracers before. I told her I was aware of someone I came into contact with a few weeks ago so I got a covid test and it came back negative. Then she acted like she wanted to set me up with another company to get tested again even though none of the timelines made sense. Save yourself the trouble and DON'T answer or Call back!

This exchange(816-289) calls with different numbers at 5 times. a day. This is very annoying. The phone service to this number should be discontinued.

My son took the call. A man of foreign extraction knew my husband's full name, said he was on our road (listed it by name) and was on his way to check our roof. I booked it home in a hurry, but no one showed up.

Called the number back just to see who answered and a recording said 'Medical Services Group' and said to press '1' for a representative. The person who answered spoke with a foreign accent that I could barely understand. She said she was with a pharmacy group that was in a pharmacy network and they receive information from different pharmacies across the country. She questioned me about any pain I might be having. I told her that I see my doctor for everything I need and I hung up. Lots of background noise so she was definitely in a call center. I blocked the number.
