Several Calls from this number saying they were federal agents . And I only had two days to take care of this

i got the same nonsense you guys all got but when i told them i already called the IRS and FBI about them i got terroristic threats from them.. it was 2 men .. they told me that they know where i live and they are going to come and rape me in every part of my body then they will cut me up into little pieces and proceed to do the rest to my family..if i dont do what they tell me to do..i hung up on them.. they called back and said they are going to blow up my house.. and i know its not the IRS like they say they are.. it really scares you.. you know.. everyone says they are not in this country that they are over seas.. but it still scares the crap out of me..

Call from 202-656-8688 said something about. Federal agent I'm rolling in the floor laughing FYI if you have done anything tax or other wise they show up at your door and handcuff your behind they think they are slick but I have had so many of these calls that I laugh when I get them!! Accually got to talk to one of the scammers one time I had him scratching his watch and winding his butt lol he hung up on me and I called them right back had the other guy thinking I was coming to shoot him he hung up to!! And yes I am a full fledged southern gun toting woman!!!

its so annoying this 202 672 0792 number calls me every day and leaves the same message that u have 2 listen 2 like 5 or 6 times to try to figure out what the person is saying. It gives u a 202 6568688 number to call. I just erase it n go about my day.

I received a 12 second message that was nearly un intelligible. And had to be played 4 times to even get the phone number. They kept advising it was there finally attempt to resolve this matter and speak with a federal agent. I called them back and they give you a speech about resolving charges etc. I asked them if they were ware they contact someone in law enforcement who can actually see there are no charges etc. They tried to work their way around it and try to give me a story, anyway they ended up hanging up on me. It’s a scam. If you have any charges of any kind they don’t call you to resolve it. They first and forms send summons warrants etc through a court police officer and hand deliver them to you. Even if they ever had to call, they will never EVER handle anything by phone. NO LEGAL SYSTEM WILL HANDLE ANYTHING BY PHONE

I received the same call from a number that showed up on my caller ID as (202) 627-0792. But a message was left about a Federal Magistrate Grand Jury, final attempt to contact about criminal charges and need to speak with federal agent to resolve issue and to call back to (202) 656-8688.
It's all a scam .. Be careful and continue to screen your calls. I also received a call from (202) 627-0792 about the IRS. For one, IRS don't make phone calls. They send letters to you.

There was no first or second or third attempt.... Called the number before reading previous posts and no one answered; just another message to leave a message. Not sure what to think??

Have gotten several calls from this number. The person is really hard to understand ,but it is something about being brought before a Federal Magistrate on criminal charges.

I was called and told by a man that he worked for the IRS and I was being sued by them. He had a heavy accent and fumbled when I asked for his name and badge number. Scam to get personal info by scare tactics. This number is actually a Google Voice number!! When they dont answer Google asks you to leave a message. Scumbags.
