He ask if I wanted him to read the charges to me over the telephone and that the readings of said charges would be recorded on his end, as he was required to record the readings as per Social Security procedures.
At that time, I said, Please read the Charges and he them said that he must verify that I was who, I said I was, and requested for me to verify the last four digits of my Social Security Number.
At that time, I replied with "I have to ask you a question before I give you my Social Security Number" and I ask him if, he knew that I worked as a "Inspector" for the Social Security Department for years.
