Called and said they were with Idaho Power and our power was going to be shut off in an hour. Knew it had to be a scam. We are on auto pay.

Scammer/Phising. Said he was with Idaho Power and will be shutting off the power in 45 minutes due to non-payment. I asked the amount and he couldn't provide it because he is with the "disconnect office" but he could give me the address. The address he provided was a previous address from 3 1/2 years ago. I told him "nice try scammer" and he immediately hung up.

caller identifies themselves as idaho power co telling you your power is going to be shut off in 3 hours. instructs you that the only way to stop interruption is to reach the disconnect department and pay with MoneyPak prepaid card.
