Calling to give me a comparison of my mortgage rate to what the current mortgage rate is. First said he was calling from US Financial then said Bank of California. When I asked for a number to call him back he started to provide me a 949 number, said his name was David Hood. Only answered the call because I receive calls from this number every week. They're now on my blocked caller list.
