They called me - not once but several times in the same day - their message was "The IRS is looking for me because the IRS is filing a law suit against me - to get more information on this case file I should call 908-300-9626, thank you." Just for the record, my caller ID showed the call coming from 423-920-2904 but after filtering, the call showed it was actually coming from 313-626-9827. I did not follow through by calling the 908 number because this is an obvious scam and I wish the IRS would show up at their door.
